The Great Value of Simplicity

If you’ve ever seen an episode of Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsey, then you know that one of the first things he does when helping a failing restaurant is reduce and simplify the menu.

Why?

Because at the end of the day, you don’t need flashy plates, giant portions, and a hundred different options to please your customers. In fact, all that usually leads to complicated orders and delayed service. All you really need are simple meals, made fresh, with high quality ingredients.

There is inherent value in simplicity. Remember this when working with your clients and customers. You don’t have to bring anything complicated to the table. You don’t need fancy software and 3D graphics. All you need are the facts, the knowledge, and the confidence.
